This is (hopefully) the last update. Device returned after repair, NOT repaired. The problem got worse. I insisted on a replacement. I received this after I returned the defective device. They gave me a "refurbished" device with only 1 year warranty (not 2 like a new device). Struggled with that. Two months into the warranty repairs I finally have a working (and hopefully still working) unit. Just a really horrible experience.////This is a 6 month update. The device is in PanurgiOEM for warranty repair. CANNOT get through to Denon. Nobody answers the phone or emails. Thank god I found Panurgia. I would also like to change the title of this post from "Great Product" to "Poor Quality Product". DO NOT waste your $$$ on this VERY different company. This isn't the old Denon anymore. //// I have owned a Denon receiver for over 10 years. The AVR-S750H is an excellent product. Easy to set up, much easier to use than my old model, fantastic 4K picture transmission, great 7.1 sound! But DO NOT try to serve customers: (1) They outsourced it to the Pacific. (2) No one answers customer service on 201. (3) If you take the opportunity to request a call back, you may find out within 3 days. With this model, you need to rotate 2 WiFi antennas for better use. When I first rolled mine, something broke inside. This is a $10.95 part that bolts on. A Danon CS representative told me that I need to contact my ISP for a new Wi-Fi antenna. She didn't know the AVR had two, although I gave her the part number. Through outsourcing, Denon has brought its world-class customer service to (?). I don't know what to call it!
