Review on 🧲 Revolutionize Your Machine Embroidery with Snap Hoop Monster for Baby Lock/Brother (8" x 12") Magnetic Embroidery Hoop by Kristen Simpson

I wish I could write a glowing review for this Snap Hoop. My machine does not read this hoop. I keep getting a message that I should change to a larger tire. It will not open for designs of any size, from the largest to 2x2 designs. The most frustrating part of this problem is that I can't get the tooltips on the return/replace page to work. I do what it says, then the next button won't let me get past this page. I sent the seller a review and they told me to contact Revain. I've been in Happy Camper with Revain for a long time, but this is too frustrating. hp I was contacted by a Revain technician who returned the money and gave instructions on how to print out the postal information for the return. I would also like to add that before I returned the tire I was using another magnetic tire that I had used many times and started getting the same message. I took both tires to a friend who has the same Babylock machine and both tires work great. I don't know if the first tire caused something in my car or what. I didn't have time to take my car to the service center. I currently use regular tires. DIME customer service was great!
