The ease of use, how well it has adapted into our business and what great support we have received from everyone at freshproposal! My favorite feature by far would be getting notifications when an opportunity was updated or changed after I had approved my quote. There aren’t any dislikes; everythi g has been awesome!! We were able to customize many different features in creating beautiful PDF templates for customers including pricing structure and layout changes/improvements etc.. Our reps love how easy they can send out their emails without having additional software needed or wasting hours setting up email addresses & autoresponders ect., They are thrilled about all being done through one platform so easily instead if doing everything manually themselves which helps reduce errors since no tracking needs to take place manually (as compared between multiple platforms). The easy way for customers to submit their requests, even if they are offline or busy in meetings! It's also very helpful when you don't have your own CRM as it can be exported into Salesforce easily. Notifications of request updates would help increase productivity. I recommend using this service because it saves time by allowing users from all over India communicate through WhatsApp messages without having any physical presence at one place (office).
