Most of the training shorts and pants I own are small, sometimes XS, so I ordered a size S. I'm 5'4", 125 lbs. They are so tight (but not stretchy) that I can't imagine working out in them or even relaxing in them. Both the buttocks and legs are toned. In fact, this is a permanent tankette!I get disappointed when brands don't have the same sizing especially in 2020 when online shopping is the norm.Also I ordered the Gunsmoke/Atmosphere Grey/Wolf Grey, which came from a picture of dark gray shorts with Dark gray was accompanied by trim and sides.The real shorts have a thin white hem at the top and light gray panels on the sides.I think the list of 3 colors should have told me but I assumed the photo was correct.
