I like that they are very flexible with scheduling! It is easy enough if we have an appointment but not too difficult either when there isn't one scheduled or no appointments available during certain times (eg weekends). They usually send out reminders several days before our next meeting which makes me feel more prepared than other companies who tend just do so immediately after their last contact was made instead - this can be helpful sometimes as well depending how much time has passed since then etc., though personally i prefer being able get ahead myself by having some warning rather than waiting until its almost my due date again haha :) Sometimes people forget about us even tho' all communication seems fine still- would love getting feedback from others regarding experience here? Also perhaps asking clients what benefits/drawbacks were most important things discussed upon booking / first session could give better insight towards improvements needed going forward??
