The ear pads themselves are very comfortable and fit very well on the head. It is adjustable so it fits any head size. From the start I had trouble getting it to work on my computer. I connected USB and nothing happened. It took me several attempts to connect them and even then the connection still dropped. I tried them on two different computers with the same problem. I wouldn't recommend them for work where you're on the phone all the time. I work from home and occasionally speak to clients but it's only 1-3 calls a day. They're great for this purpose, but I wouldn't want to use them for an 8 hour call center shift. The cable is also shorter than I thought. I also had an issue with background noise filtering. I would recommend it for occasional use, but not for work where you're constantly on the phone.
