This is a pretty good vacuum from Samsung and it's a lot better than their previous attempts at robot vacuums. It's high quality and does a great job of covering all the floors in my house without getting stuck. However, it has several disadvantages. Advantages: 1. Navigation and avoidance of obstacles. I actually got this vacuum because I was fed up with my previous vacuums getting stuck on shoes, toys, and other stuff. I haven't used this robot much yet, but so far it's cleaned my house a few times without getting stuck on anything. It also does an excellent job of cleaning very close to these objects without running over them.2. hard floor cleaning. The thing does an excellent job of cleaning hard floors. The design of the brush seems to be more suitable for hard floors and does a great job of picking up all the fine dust that is on the floor.3. home surveillance When I bought this system I wasn't particularly interested in the home surveillance system but I have to say it's pretty cool. It works well and it's fun to be able to drive the robot around my house while I'm at work.4. The self-draining self-draining system works great! This is such a nice feature and it always drains the robot completely. Disadvantages1. Deep cleaning of carpets. While this robot is really good at picking up dirt from the top of the carpet, it's only good for deep cleaning. It works on carpet and does it well, but other high-end robot vacuums will do better on carpet. Price. Although this is a high end and quality vacuum, $1300 seems like a lot for what this vacuum does. I wish it came with some sort of mopping system to upgrade the robot. Conclusion: Overall, this vacuum cleaner met my needs and was the first one I didn't have to worry about. However, everyone's needs are different, so I suggest looking for other options and choosing the best one for you. Some other robot vacuums I've looked at that seem to be really good are the Roborock s7, the Ecovac Deepbot T8 AIVI, and the Dreametech Z10 Pro. Hope this review helped.
