Review on Extreme Max 5600 3258 Winch Pioneer by Jacob Sriubas

I bought this mount because I was short on time and had a weekend getaway and it had some good reviews. When I tried to install it, the exposed portion of the winch was bent too tight (imagine steel part C is a smaller C shape) and I had to use a jack to bend it enough to clear the bolts to get. Although I used one of the winches listed in the instructions, the holes for the winch were drilled about 1/4 inch too close together in the flat section and I had to spend 45 minutes with a file rounding the holes to get it close. I contacted the company and they offered to replace the mount so I'm giving this a two star rating instead of one. Remove the old one and reinstall the new one, along with the bumper bracket and all the other things that had to come loose It took me a few extra hours and a lot of needless frustration to get it to fit. Their customer service department was responsive and the lady was very ok but I'm only giving it 2 stars due to my frustration of changing what would it fit and I'm having two different installation issues
