I am very glad I bought these socks! Rockay's claims that these socks will keep you from blisters are true. They also help your feet get rid of existing blisters. at least i had them. In my case, I usually walk 7-15 miles a day, sometimes 7-8 miles at a time. In my new Brooks, my feet and old socks rubbed the wrong way and two large blisters formed on the bottom of my left heel. As soon as I got my Rockay socks, I put them on, even with two big blisters, put on my shoes and went for a walk. There was no chafing while walking and walking was very comfortable. That night I took off my socks and noticed that both areas of the blisters had completely reduced in size and looked like they were about to heal. I would even say that these are miracle socks. Definitely I will buy more as they are wonderful socks.
