This set could be interesting for casual cyclists. But it also has tools that the casual racer will likely never use, and for the more than casual racer, those tools probably aren't high enough quality to make them desirable for anything other than a crash kit that can be kept at the vacation home or in the trunk of a car. I've never pulled on a crank, but if I do I'll probably just use a park crank puller or similar quality tool for the job. Even if this set works as I expect it to, I will not attempt to work my bottom bracket with this set's puller. On the other hand, a multi-tool in its scope of delivery is quite useful. It doesn't have the tire scoops that another multi tool I own does, but for the price it's a steal. It's quite heavy if you want to take it with you. A spoke adjuster is a handy little tool, but most casual cyclists probably won't try it. However, in an emergency this is a good addition to an under seat pannier. All in all a serviceable set at a good price.
