These hinges are a nice size. Holds large cabinet doors well. The reason I gave it 4 stars is because it doesn't come with instructions, you know. They usually sell to contractors but due to the internet market they are now selling direct to the consumer but they don't want to invest in some sort of manual. Definitely. I have 1/4" overlay doors which means the door has the Cabinet frame only overlaps 1/4" on all sides, can't be wrong. Here's what I did to install it correctly (most of the time). Install the hinges on the door about 3/8" from the edge with all 4 screws. On the frame I made a hole about 3/8" from the edge. This keeps the gap between the frame and the door. The top and bottom did an eye judgment to center properly. This method works for me mostly, some of my 8 Cabinets weren't square so I had to modify.By the way the narrow side of the hinge goes to the door.The hinges are triangular the long side of the triangle goes from the side of the door.But my plan is to cut out some pieces of wood and attach them to the Unscrewing the back of the frame and screwing all four screws in. The hinges come with enough screws, I only managed to break the head of one screw.Hope that helps and good luck
