The security key icon suddenly appeared on the dashboard of my 2016 Honda HR-V. After searching the web for a few minutes, I came to the conclusion that the power button was the culprit. I found this inexpensive replacement on/off switch (original part is three times the price!) at Revain and decided to give it a try. The installation took all of 3 minutes. It fitted me perfectly and now the badge is gone. Now it remains to be seen how long this will last.
