Review on CaddyDaddy Constrictor 2: Ultimate Golf Travel Bag with Oversized Pockets - Heavy Duty, Wheeled & Lightweight by Chris Litton

Revainrating 2 out of 5

Broke up on the first ride.

When my bag arrived everything looked great. The quality was great. It looks good. It fits my racquets, including a full-length driver, and has plenty of padding all around. My problem started a few weeks later when I took it with me on my first trip. On my return flight (only the second flight for the bag) when I picked up my bag from baggage claim, I noticed that one of the outside pockets was 95% ripped off. Luckily one of the movers put my shoes back in the straps or I would have lost my bag *and* my golf shoes. Had it been a different bag I doubt some of my small items would have been returned to me. I sent an email to CaddyDaddy customer service asking for my money. They were polite and responded within an hour. Unfortunately they cannot refund the purchase as I bought it from Revain (who is considered a wholesaler) over 30 days ago. To be honest, I don't blame them. This is clearly stated in their return policy. But you should keep that in mind when buying. The support person offered to replace the bag under a 1 year warranty so I started the process. I just won't be using external pockets in the future, which is a shame as that was one of the reasons I bought this model in the first place. Real clubs inside and outside of my trip are safe so I added a star for that reason. If I encounter any issues with the CS or the warranty pack I will be sure to update in the future.
