I checked the car for a pump and was told it would fit. However: 1. The length of the pump is a few cm shorter than the standard pump2. The base does not fit the old pump's rubber foot - the rubber boot that came with the pump is not for the Miata. However, the pump works on the car, it just doesn't fit. At the moment I can use it to start the car in the garage and start the engine.
