Please note you will need to drill to install this on the TJ although it is not listed on the seller's page or on the box it comes in! The rubber inserts that come with fitting are patchy at best and I'm afraid they will spoil quickly from excessive heat and cold in the car, a visit to the hardware store for some suitable nuts should solve the problem but the price of this stuff is pretty funny. The instructions also say how to remove the backing from the tape, it has none, just foam padding to reduce vibration, but absolutely no support is added to allow the mount to bounce, so another foray into for some the store 3m tape. I should have just bent a flat stem and made my own! Generally no I wouldn't recommend it for that price but for $10-12 it would be fine.
