Their team is extremely responsive! We've been working with them for about two years now and have never experienced any delay or issue at all. They are very attentive to detail, and they always go above and beyond what we asked for. Their attention to detail has really helped us build our brand online. I don't think there's anything specific to dislike. Just be prepared that you will need to invest a bit of time getting used to their style and approach. If you're looking for a more hands-off experience, Campfire might not be right for you. However, if you want someone who will take ownership of your brand, push you towards new ways of thinking, and help you grow as an artist/brand, then Campfire is the way to go. Website redesign, Facebook ad management, creative direction, graphic design, social media marketing. I have been working with campfire for over 3 years now, they are very responsive to all of our needs as we grow in business together! They listen well - always willing to hear from you what your goals should be moving forward. Nothing at this time that would keep me away from using them again when needed!! We use their team primarily for SEO/SEM efforts but also provide some social media management work too (mostly Facebook).
