Review on 🔧 High Quality Carburetor for Polaris Magnum 425 (1995-1998) and Ranger 500/Sportsman 500 ATV Quad Carb by Corey Katchem

I bought a non-working 2003 Magnum 330 and have never owned a Polaris so I don't know how it worked from the factory. After installing this carb it idled/ran smoothly but didn't seem to have much power and wasn't revving very high even at idle (appears to be half throttle). I removed the air intake cover and opened the throttle wide at idle, shorting the air intake to shut it off, the extra fuel jumped up immediately. I pulled out the bowl and compared the jets to my original ones to see if it would be better to swap them out and was surprised that they were larger so I moved the needle to its highest position (clamp in bottom slot) and put her back to check. Now it revs a lot higher and pulls a lot harder than before, not as fast as my Bayou 220 but the bike is a lot heavier. I gave it 5 stars because it wasn't designed specifically for my Polaris but didn't require a lot of adjustments to get it working.
