Review on π§ Lisle 16560 Valve Spring Compressor: Ideal Tool for GM LS Engines by Steve Hauck
Should work well for most LS applications but not LS7 heads
Most LS heads have a flat spot on the rocker arms but not LS7. It has a round swing seat with raised edges. These edges interfere with the tool. Also, the heads were machined before I received the car and I'm not sure if the springs are stock or not. At the same time, this tool hardly compresses the springs. I pulled two out before bending the tool unusable.
