Too flexible, bakes slowly
Too flexible. You have to use a baking sheet in the oven or you're guaranteed to spill the batter all over the place. The loaves are curved on the sides. However, baked goods don't burn without oil or flour, so that's a plus. Added: Items bake slower. Check out my photo comparing donuts baked in a Scandinavian dish and putting this product in the oven at the same time. Nordicware rose much faster and was almost done before silicon started to rise.
