Initially I was very happy with this purchase due to the good battery life and fairly good sound quality. After about three or four months of use, I noticed a small tear on one side of the headphone, which quickly turned into a full tear. Then about 10 months later it broke on the other side. Now I have headphones that work but look ridiculous and I have to be extremely careful with them lest I cut the exposed wires when a tear stretches them fully. The quality of the plastic used in these headphones goes far beyond cheap. . Very disappointed in Plantronics. Dirty product. Over the years I've worn different brands of headphones all day (I'm a software developer and I listen all day while I work) and never have I had another break in a pair in this way.
