2014 Ram Crew Cab 4X2 Monroe Front Shock Absorber Part 911300

I installed them on a 2014 Ram Crew Cab. They matched perfectly and some of the original equipment had to be reused to complete the installation. My truck had 400 miles and I installed them in combination with recalled rear shocks. Removing the stock shocks is fairly easy, and removing a few wheel arch bolts to remove the plastic liner made removing the shock's top bolt a little easier. As new as the original shock absorbers were, they already had some oil loss. I was very disappointed to see this and I believe the front shocks will be recalled soon as well. Even though I've only driven the truck 400 miles, I could tell a significant difference in handling from the OEM shocks to these shocks. First of all, the new dampers ensure that the truck moves effortlessly on the road. The OEM shocks kept the truck feeling smooth, and the steering was extremely sensitive to the force applied to the steering wheel when cornering or descending the road. Monroe dampers keep the steering wheel feeling fully controllable and responsive. I definitely recommend it and I would buy it again.
