Finally! The one that works!

This is the third device of this type that I have purchased. The other two were easy, man. One didn't connect automatically and the other was just clunky and didn't seem to work very well. After being told it would cost over $2,500 to put a Bluetooth capable radio in my convertible, I decided I had to live with one of those devices. My old car didn't have an AUX or USB port, so I had to use the cigarette lighter. As mentioned above, I tried a few and quickly threw them away like trash. Got this a few weeks ago and what a difference! It connects automatically every time (Android) and the sound quality is excellent. It has a USB port right on the device so I can charge my phone while using it. It doesn't have a microphone like my previous devices, which I found to be an issue as my Samsung S9 is notoriously crappy when it comes to speakers. During use, my phone is mounted behind the steering wheel (there's no room for it in this car) and calls are crystal clear on both ends. I called my husband this morning while driving down the 75 freeway with the top down and he said there was no interference and I sounded great. My only "complaint" is the lack of a power button. My car supplies the device with electricity even when it is switched off. So if I leave the car overnight or for a long time, I have to take it out to avoid draining the battery. Very happy with this product and would highly recommend it to the rest of the world unfortunate enough to have cars without Bluetooth.
