Update: After almost a year, the keyboard still works like new for me. I've only had to plug it in for a charge maybe once a month, all buttons are responsive, all buttons are backlit in all colors and I have nothing to complain about. In fact, I'm not sure if it's because I got used to the feel of this keyboard or because the switches break, but I find typing on this keyboard easy and very enjoyable. I suspect people complaining about poor battery life are overcharging. I never leave mine plugged in for more than overnight. First Review: The Outemu Brown switches on this keyboard produce a more distinct tactile impression than the Cherry MX Browns on my Das keyboard when operated, and therefore require a bit more pressure to activate. However, that doesn't mean they aren't touch keys. I can still type on it at my normal pace without pressing the keys. They require noticeably less force to actuate than my wife's Cherry MX Speed Silvers on her Corsair K70. At this point, thanks to Outemus, the tactile bump in Cherry MX Browns seems almost random by comparison (I've always felt a vague scrape rather than a tactile bump anyway). Let's see if that's still the case after a few months of hacking. (Edit: At 3 months, the tactile bulge is still significantly more pronounced in Outemu Browns than in Cherry MX Browns. Edit 2: At 7 months, the tactile bulge is still clearly present, although it never catches my attention unless I think about it actively..) The lighting effects in this keyboard are trippy. You can switch between lighting modes and record macros using keyboard shortcuts, but the software downloaded from the rkgaming website makes setup easier. When downloading the software, DO NOT use Google Translate or check the box for English language. File host download link does not show up in google translate. Just press Ctrl+F and search for ้ฎ็้ฉฑๅจ on the main page of rkgaming and then search for Sink87G on the resulting page. This gets you where you need to be. This keyboard looks well put together. There are no dead LEDs, none of the stabilizers appear to be misaligned, and all buttons are responsive. Due to the light ripple effect, the battery capacity is sufficient. This keyboard worked for me for about a month without charging, typically 1-4 hours a day. I had to return my first keyboard as faulty, but Revain's generous return policy and first class shipping ensured I received a working keyboard. Just be aware that at this price point you might have to play a little quality control. Just be patient and you can get a good mechanical keyboard for 1/3 or 1/4 the price of other exclusive keyboards of the same quality. Shown is RK Sink87G with a Logitech N600 laptop.
