This is an amazing product. Fits on the back (loosely). Things to know before you buy: - You have to cut the plastic on the back that directs the water to the back - There are basically no videos showing how to do it or even what it needs to do at all. - It is more convenient to use a paring knife, cut straight down, bend and break off the valve. I'm still trying to tweak this a bit since I just got it last week. This is definitely a great addition to an already amazing tank. I just wish there were some recommendations. There are no instructions at all in the packaging. I'm currently trying to figure out a way to keep water from sliding down the sides and bottom (the new channel pan doesn't fit perfectly). I'll post an update what I can come up with. I'm thinking of sticking some styrofoam from an online store on the water-facing side so at least food doesn't spill out of my filter.
