Not sure how I feel about this yet. We installed it yesterday and weren't thrilled from the first use. It only seems to work in touch mode. When you lower the handle to use it as a normal faucet, water will flow for 1 second and then turn off, and you need to touch the spout to make water flow. If the handle is not open and you touch the spout, water will not flow. Seems too fussy and I don't like the extra step of having to pull the handle and touch the spout to start the water. I also don't feel comfortable leaving the grip open all the time, if that makes sense. If it weren't so difficult to install, we'd be returning it in a heartbeat.
