It really gives me a lot of energy without the caffeine and calories! Now I lift heavier weights and my workouts take longer. I also want to eat less, which is great! I also took it with me on vacation and it got me further! I could dance and play in the sea all day and didn't have to rest or go to bed early like I used to. Once I overdid my swimming and had terrible cramps, but then I drank it and rested a bit and then it was time! Otherwise this day would have ended very briefly for me, and it would have been sad. My husband also drank too much from the open bar and he was sick and sleepy so I gave this to him and he recovered very quickly! Then it saved our vacation twice! I also usually get very thirsty throughout the day, but not with this one. I used to drink so much water that I had to pee, which was a problem, but this drink helps me feel full for longer. That way I don't always have to take toilet breaks, which is a relief! I don't like the taste. As does my husband. But we love that this product is free from artificial sweeteners and colors, and we think it's worth it. I just signed up to receive it every month. It's definitely a goalkeeper! I have used glutamine in bulk supplements but it was so bitter I couldn't take it. I've also been taking Advocare Catalyst for many years and then when I compare it to this one it just got out of hand! And it's cheaper.
