I like that they have so many different options for filtering as well being able to build out custom filters which is really useful because sometimes it's hard to find certain insights within their dashboard but once we figured those things out all worked great! There aren't any downsides with this service other than just working more hours in general (which isn't always possible). They also don’t update new features very often or quickly enough - especially if there are changes made by them where some customers will be impacted while others won’t receive updates until months later when they may already be using an outdated version since not everyone wants/uses updated versions immediately after release etc.. This has helped us identify accounts who need additional follow up emails versus those whom do not require further communication from our end to close deals faster vs traditional methods such as cold calls & referrals / networking events through old school lead gen techniques.
