Review on 📺 Discontinued DirecTV RC64 Universal Remote Control: Find a Replacement or Alternative by Ivan Heyden

All right. It replaces a set I got nine years ago when I became a Direct TV subscriber. Exactly the same block as before and I've never been a huge fan of the design. The serial number is the same except for one digit. Soft buttons are not as responsive. Sometimes I have to press them several times. Sometimes they don't respond at all. Batteries are fully charged. I never use the DVD/burning features so it's a waste of space and clutter. The buttons are too small and I don't feel secure when I press them. I suggest a more intuitive/ergonomic design as an update, but given DIRECT TV's culture, this design will last forever. Luckily the price is not too high. No recommendation.
