I bought this product to use while working as a consultant in Europe. Within the first 45 days, one of the monitor stand's legs broke off completely. I have contacted the seller and attempted to work with them to get a refund on the item itself and I would pay the $130 shipping/handling and duty cost. Unfortunately, the seller only offers solutions where I have to pay additional shipping and customs fees for the replacement part, or they refund a pro rata amount for just one of the two parts that make up this device. Considering that one part is worthless without the other, this is hardly a sensible solution. Bottom line, the product is poorly made, breaks easily and the seller doesn't stand behind it.
