Based on my experience with these cleats, I would not recommend them to anyone. The screws holding the cleat in place became loose after just a few rides, causing my foot to slip out of the pedal. This is not only inconvenient but also dangerous. The only positive is that they were affordable, but that is not worth compromising safety. Overall, I would suggest looking elsewhere for men's fashion athletic shoes.
