Ordered the first pair and my daughter lost two screws while tapping. We attempted to fix it following the tutorial only to find that the screw holes had been ripped off rendering the right shoe unusable. Revain provided a new pair free of charge. This pair also arrived defective, the screw on the left rear faucet panel was not screwed in properly and was sticking out to the side. These shoes are of very poor quality and workmanship. Save money, especially if you have an experienced dancer.
