Packaging arrived damaged. It didn't look like it was packaged very well and the handles had holes torn in the sides of the box and were sticking out so they were frayed. It was disappointing. The delivery driver left it at my door but didn't take a picture like other deliveries did. I suspect it's because it was so badly damaged. I'm not sure why they even delivered it that way. Despite this, we kept the damaged rolling pin because we really needed to use it as soon as we got it. That works great! Definitely non-stick and easy to clean. Gage rings are pretty cool, but not entirely sure we'll ever use them. Probably the best use for pastry chefs! Only complaint is that it creaks a bit when we use it - thought it was quiet so that's odd. Also very upset about delivery issues.
