Great platform, excellent customer services

The customer service has been great! I have had multiple questions answered by their team members in less than 24hrs which makes me feel like they really care about my success as both owner/operator & manager (and not just getting paid). It's hard for us small business owners who are also working fulltime jobs outside our restaurants because we don't always get enough downline support from them when needed or it takes too long after purchase before any training comes through etc.. but overall this software does what its supposed do well without being overly complicated so you can use your brainpower elsewhere instead.
