Great platform, excellent customer services

The customer service has been great! I have had multiple questions answered by their team members in less than 24hrs which makes me feel like they really care about my success as both owner/operator & manager (and not just getting paid). It's hard for us small business owners who are also working fulltime jobs outside our restaurants because we don't always get enough downline support from them when needed or it takes too long after purchase before any training comes through etc.. but overall…

Great customer service and organization!

The ability for our restaurants to be easily organized within one system, easy access from tablet or phone. Our staff love having all their information at their fingertips! Nothing really but I imagine a few things could be improved in this app? Perhaps more ways to sync your data into other systems like QuickBooks. This has helped us greatly by being able to quickly see what's going on with each location by simply logging onto the main website once per week. We have been able to save so much…
