Product OK - USB ports stop working after 3 months

I have bought 4 of these in the last few years. The other 3 we don't use much but the newest USB ports are used daily and after 3 months the green light above the ports is flashing and my devices are no longer USB charging. Harbor. Overall this is a very durable item. I use one in my workshop so I can keep my cricket and other items plugged in at all times but switch off at the base. Each of my boys has one on their desk to power computers, mouse pads, monitors, headsets, etc. And they love her.
