The size chart is wrong
This collar is a good collar, I like it, but this collar is not at all for a small dog. This is made for medium/large dogs. I got this for my dog who is a Jack Russell Terrier/Beagle mix and weighs 15 pounds. This collar is designed for large/medium sized dogs such as bulldogs or larger. It doesn't fit the size at all.
