This is literally the worst product I have ever purchased from Revain. The seller should be ashamed. I've had nothing but trouble since opening this thing. When I tried to mount the TV to the wall bracket I was stunned to learn that I had to pull the ropes to get the TV to lock into place. I've never had a mount where the person holding the TV had to pull the release valves at the same time as hanging the TV. Normally, the brackets slide down under the weight of the TV and snap into place. Not with this junk, so expect to need at least 4 hands to hang the TV (two for the display itself and another two to pull the levers). Aside from the awful design, this thing is made out of the cheapest materials. Materials conceivable and absolutely unsafe for hanging a television. When I tried to hang the TV and found I had to pull the levers, I was surprised to find that one of the levers didn't go down. Frustrated, I took the TV back off to see what was going on. To my surprise, one of the brackets that housed the exhaust valve slide was completely bent, preventing the exhaust valve from sliding. I used a hammer to gently tap it in to move the valve. With cautious optimism I went to put on the TV for the third time. This time when I pulled the release cables, one side of the TV moved without issue, but the cable on the other side broke and I was unable to lock the TV in place. Now I had a TV with one side closed and the other hanging loose. Big. Then I pulled the rope on the other side and took it off and the rope broke. Big. Now I have locked a TV on one side and I cannot unlock the locking mechanism. I'm cooking as I write this as I now need to find a way to safely remove my TV from the wall and find another mount. I will never buy from this horrible company again. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
