So many problems with this manufacturer s'more. The heating station is not placed in the center of the trays as the picture suggests. (and the instructions will tell you what to do) The heater is SQUARE and will only fit in the ROUND center. Impossible to place it securely on the trays to keep it from slipping. Instead, it's safer to put it on the table. This makes the bowls redundant. Without trays to lift the heating pad off the table, the cord has nowhere to go and the item won't sit flat. The grate that goes over the heating element doesn't fit properly or snaps in place at all. It is dangerous to touch the net, but there is no protection against burns. This is an incredible disappointment and waste of money. I hope to come back for a refund
