So many problems with this manufacturer s'more. The heating station is not placed in the center of the trays as the picture suggests. (and the instructions will tell you what to do) The heater is SQUARE and will only fit in the ROUND center. Impossible to place it securely on the trays to keep it from slipping. Instead, it's safer to put it on the table. This makes the bowls redundant. Without trays to lift the heating pad off the table, the cord has nowhere to go and the item won't sit flat…

Bought these to make family night more fun for my kids. They loved it and were sure to use it. I had to remind my son to ask for help to get to the other side of the trays because he might burn his wrist. I have used S'mores Maker at least 4 times at home and it has been a great success. Easy to assemble, the tray has slots that you can assemble. I don't use the tray for anything other than putting the heater on it because that's where it's going. The fork goes through the center of the tray once you set it up. The heater is upstairs. I place my set of crackers on a plate along with the marshmallows I want to use and the chocolate chips, ready to serve. Do not leave the marshmallows on the forks

Only had to give this a 1 star rating as it's purely for roasting marshmallows and I don't feel like it is. It took too long to warm up the marshmallow. It was only a little warm, and halfway through I got so impatient that I didn't leave it on long enough to even call it warm. I might as well put the marshmallows right on top of the crackers and chocolate and eat them cold. I will say that it is aesthetically pleasing and the design is pleasing when placed on trays.
