The screen was scratched and looks used The packaging in the box was completely broken and nothing was installed. Now the return process has become a nightmare so this whole situation isn't worth $30. Also, the product is just junk. It feels like a poorly made machine. The keys click horribly and don't feel good. The games are not sorted by any console, only alphabetically, but with all 1219 games, which is pointless. Generally stay away from this hot piece of junk.
