Cracks appeared immediately after the return period expired.
I really wanted this product to be liked, but it just doesn't last very long. Says a load capacity of 300 pounds. My husband is 185 pounds and the step stool started cracking at the bottom just after the return deadline so it feels like we're stuck on it. Seems to be a design flaw. See photos. It's definitely smart in how it opens and closes, but it doesn't seem designed for more than a child's room. Will try to contact the seller to see what they have to say. It sucks to spend $50 on a cracked chair.
