I bought this fan because I was tired of regularly swapping out cheaper fans (every year or two). The fan feels solid, is easy to set up and looks great. A problem. just a month later the engine noise started, which got louder and louder over time until it prevented me from sleeping at night. Due to the general decline in customer service with most companies I had low expectations and expected return issues to fix this. When I called the manufacturer and spoke to a technician, I was surprised by the fact that after just a few questions about the problem, they sent me a new motor the same day. I was very impressed with their attitude and helpfulness and would not hesitate to purchase another product from this company based on this experience.
