I recently bought 2 tall versions and then a short. On the short version the three middle drawers are stuck on the sides due to the size of the drawer, I think the metal they sit on may also have played a role. If you swap drawers, you may be able to find a drawer that fits better and doesn't bind. So I sent the short version back and got a replacement and one drawer was stuck so I swapped the drawer and now it works perfectly. Interestingly, the taller version and the shorter version have different drawer sizes, the short version has taller drawers. The product comes in a box wrapped in plastic, and each box is also wrapped in plastic. The plastic stinks and takes a few days to air out. I've had the big box for a long time and it's odorless and the short version I just bought is also ventilated. I would give 4 stars but it's really nice when the box doesn't stick. There is a surprising amount of space in each drawer. Enough to fit things you thought you wouldn't fit with the space left.
