The product has performed well to remove a stuck flange from a 40 year old mower engine. The thread was a bit rough before I oiled it for use. The tip of the screwdriver is strong enough to indent and center the head of a class 5 screw. I've had many lower quality pullers. Depending on the size of the puller, they are supplied individually packed in plastic bags. I ended up using packs when adding them to my toolbox. The pullers are assembled, the screws hand-tightened and delivered ready for use.
