I've had the Dyson for a while and it was time to change the filters as I noticed a loss of suction and couldn't find another cause as I didn't notice any obstructions. I received the items exactly as described. I asked a question and the seller responded quickly and agreed with me. I received them before the estimated delivery date. It looks like they are 3rd party products but they work fantastic. Much more work was required to remove the post motor filter cover without damage. After changing the filters, my Dyson ran with amazing suction like the day I first bought it. I had a great experience with these guys and will definitely buy replacement filters from them again.
