Overall I really like this hamburger press, it does the job and is perfect for what I use it for at home and on the go. Camping. Pros: - Easy to disassemble and clean - Doesn't get dirty when using parchment paper - The filling notch works surprisingly well and it's the perfect amount of filling - Small and compact, easy to store Cons - I wish the burger press was a bit Since the diameter is larger, I usually flatten my burger before putting it on the grill - If you don't flatten the patty before grilling it takes a lot longer to cook - I bought individual squares of parchment to use in my press so it doesn't make blobs and doesn't stick to anything - the included round paper is good in theory, but doesn't help against dirt on the sides. Overall, I totally recommend this product if you're using it for home use and don't plan on making more than a dozen burgers at a time!
