Better than a restaurant

We eat at Korean barbecues often enough to make it at home. I have tried different pans but this is by far the best. The swirl design and slant of the pan allow excess oil and fat to drain out of the hole and prevent too much dirt from building up in the pan. It also prevents the pan from producing too much smoke which other pans didn't have. The other pots we used produced so much smoke that we had to use an air filtered machine to keep the smoke alarm from working. This pan has never happened before and we cooked in it for about an hour. The pan is large, so you can cook quite a bit of meat in it at once. The aluminum material makes the pan light and has excellent heat distribution. I didn't notice any hot spots where I had to constantly move the meat. Cleaning is as easy as it gets. Either hand wash or dishwasher, it's that simple. This pan is actually better than the ones used at most Korean BBQ joints we've eaten at. Even they had to be changed often, unlike this pan we cooked in all the time without changing it. I would definitely recommend this pan to anyone thinking of Korean BBQ or other tabletop dishes. Update 7/22/19: I love this grill pan so much I bought 3 more so we can cook 4 pans at a time in big families. It also saves me the hassle of cooking lol. Everyone can join in the cooking, it's more fun. I still wonder how it doesn't smoke and the food doesn't stick to the pan. It will be a great gift for friends and family to enjoy at home. I think I will buy more pans.
