I'm a professional artist and I love buying cheap canvases so I can paint whatever I want and not feel guilty because I don't like what I do. However, this canvas is the worst I have ever used! This is the result of painting the canvas 6 times to get a 'uniform' color and the color is NOT holding onto the canvas YET! You can see there are lighter spots in the background - the paint doesn't stick to the canvas and it's the same paint I use for everything. You can see the white/orange color I painted over it. This was my fourth attempt at getting the color to stick to the background. While I was painting the (acrylic) background, the canvas was kind of soaked and it was obvious that it wasn't stretched well.
