I love the sturdiness and reliability of this mount. It fits perfectly into the interior and can be easily removed if you want to restore the factory look. Easily adjusts to almost any position to keep your gear within reach. My only issue is the size of the phone holder itself. With today's large smartphones, the holder easily reaches its maximum. Although my phone fits in the slim case I use, it could be better. Now the manufacturer offers a larger mount for larger phones. But it must be purchased separately at a significant cost. I need a bigger holder as I have to work with two hands as it is very tight for the phones I use. But I can't justify the extra effort. And this could easily be remedied by giving the buyer the option to build the device to their needs. This entire unit is a large investment compared to other products of a similar type. Just to buy additional items to make it work. It would be better for the manufacturer to offer options at initial purchase to customize the device with holders of the type and size desired by the customer. Or offer a block without a holder. At this point you will need to purchase the complete unit with the brackets offered and then purchase the brackets required. And then you're stuck with the original holders that you paid for and don't need. Overall this is a great product. I have a rough ride truck that was built for off-road use. And it protects my phones better than anything I've ever used. But it could be better. The manufacturer and its marketing department need to improve to be the best.
