That does not work. in Home Audio
Box just opened, everything connected; I have no sound and the LED on the volume control is not working. The very unhelpful manual says the absence of an LED likely means "OS problems". The solution given is to reinstall the operating system, but gives no idea how to do it. (And if the OS the manual refers to is mine's iMac, I'd rather get a different amp.) I'll play with it for a day or so and then just return it if the problem persists. .
